As a valued Signature VIP member, you are entitled to receive one free guest pass every six months. This benefit will be available to you six months from the date of your initial membership. The guest pass will grant access to a service that is equivalent in price to your membership service. In the event that the service received is of a lower value than your membership service, no refund or transfer of the difference will be given. This ensures that you can share the benefits of your membership with a guest and enjoy a complimentary service together.

Membership Terms and Conditions Agreement: Membership entitles the above Member to the number of haircut services and the agreed number of additional services (if applicable), as set forth in the service menu.
Memberships are non-refundable for any reason.
Member agrees that we cannot guarantee a stylist/barber for the duration of the Membership term. Members will be able to make standing appointments for up to 4 future appointments. Members will be charged a fee of $20 if an appointment is not cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time. Membership does not guarantee appointment date or time availability. Service booking is on a first come, first serve basis. Members are encouraged to book in advance to take full advantage of all membership benefits. Members acknowledge that arriving late for a scheduled service may result in a modified service or rescheduled appointment based stylist/barber’s schedule.
