Cancellation/No Show Policy

It is our policy that after 2 no shows and/or 2 cancellations, or 1 no show and 1 cancellation. We will require a deposit be paid in order to book any appointments going forward, this can be paid via credit card upon booking online or can be paid in cash upon rebooking in person.

Confirmation for all appointments will be automatically sent out 48 hours before your service to ensure you still wish to receive your scheduled service. If you can no longer keep your original appointment time, we ask that you cancel no later than 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time, to prevent a cancellation fee of up to 50%. Appointments missed as a no notice/no show may be charged up to 100% of the service price. PLEASE NOTE: Appointments can be cancelled online up to 3 hours before your appointment, after which, you will only be allowed to re-schedule up to 2 hours before your appointment. After these listed timeframes, you will be required to contact us directly (678.272.7264) to make any adjustments to your appointment.
